Trifluoromethylphenylpiperazine (or simply TFMPP) is a piperazine-based drug, related to Benzylpiperazine.

TFMPP was briefly emergency scheduled in Schedule I in the US, but the scheduling expired in April 2004 and has not been renewed. Therefore, unlike its cousin Benzylpiperazine, TFMPP is not currently an illicit drug in the US.
Because of its suspected activity on serotonin, a mixture of an equal amount of TFMPP and Benzylpiperazine is sometimes advertised as an ecstasy substitute. The subjective effects of this combination are often described as similar those of ecstasy, however without the empathic element.

1-(meta-chlorophenyl)piperazine (mcPP)

MCPP is a 5HT releaser that possesses mixed 5HT2A/2C receptor agonist/antagonist actions. It shares several pharmacological properties with MDMA (ecstasy).
 
In laboratory administration studies, individuals with prior experience of the drug ecstasy reported that mCPP in doses from 17.5 to 52.5 mg/70kg body weight produced MDMA (ecstasy)-like stimulant and hallucinogenic effects. However, unlike MDMA, no increase in blood pressure and heart rate were recorded. Other studies have confirmed these findings in other groups of ecstasy user and cocaine dependent individuals.

1-(4-Methoxyphenyl)piperazine (meOPP)
                      
MeOPP is a piperazine derivative with very mild and somewhat MDMA like effects.
 
MeOPP has been found to inhibit monoamine re-uptake and stimulate their release. This is a mechanism of action in common with drugs of such as speed, and MeOPP produces somewhat similar effects although it is much less potent and has fairly limited abuse potential.  It has been shown to exert a major part of its mechanism of action as non-selective serotonin agonists. 

MeOPP induces far less anxiety than similar piperazines. Doses are usually taken between 120 - 200mg. It does not usually produce prominent stimulant effects, but rather is said to be quite a nice relaxing experience. however it is often mixed with stimulants like BZP for a combined effect.

p-Fluorophenylpiperazine / p-FPP (PFPP)

 PFPP is also known as Flipiperazine.

This psychedelic piperazine is legal world wide and is sold extensively in a certain brand of party pill marketed in New Zealand.
Some users report the effects to be a stimulating yet sedating effect making it hard to move of the couch similar in effect to a high dose of MDMA.  This is a very rare and hard to get piperazine and is active around the between 15 and 30 mg.
